![]() “Does this mean it’s possible to make very ‘bad’ builds?”.Similarly, the more likely something is to be all but required for some players, the more we must place it in the tree in an appropriate location- one that still leaves the rest of your build choices very open.“A certain piece of utility is important in certain content (for example, interrupts in Mythic+), does this limit my choices?”.In other cases, major abilities that we expect to be a part of most builds will be near the start of a tree, or on an easily accessible path so that they don’t constrain your other choices. The most basic building blocks of your rotation will tend to be either learned from levels 1-10, awarded automatically in the class tree, or placed at the top of your spec tree as a first point spent in that tree. “Some abilities are critical to my rotation-will that mean I always have to build a certain way?”. ![]() Here are just some answers to questions and answers that we know you might be wondering about: Exploring a world where many more things are optional has a lot of advantages but requires a lot of care. This gives rise to some of the most important questions and challenges of the new system. Other than the starting abilities you obtain before you access the system at level 10, the vast majority of abilities are obtained via the tree. Keeping these separate is one way of ensuring that you have some choices in both areas without, for example, feeling compelled to give up all your utility or off-spec buttons in order to maximize main role performance.Īnother fundamental change is that much more of your class is represented in the tree, instead of being awarded automatically while leveling up. The specialization tree is predominantly focused on bonuses that enhance your power in your main role. It’s a place where you can, among other things, choose some abilities or passives that draw from the identity of other specializations to give your character some hybrid flavor, or simply to grab something particularly useful for certain content. The class tree contains a core set of abilities available to all specs in a class and has a higher proportion of utility choices. ![]() This is due to the combined importance of class wide and specialization-specific themes for current WoW characters. For example, talents higher in the tree are expected to be more commonly chosen, while talents lower in the tree are more optional and more geared towards shaping max-level builds.ĭragonflight talent trees have some significant differences from previous versions of talent trees in World of Warcraft. Trees also communicate dependencies and magnitude intuitively, without a lot of added rules. Visually, trees are still an intuitive way to represent the different paths one could follow while making many choices about a character. This all led us back to talent trees- a concept familiar to people who played WoW before the Mists of Pandaria expansion. ![]() They have a wide variety of optional bonuses that have been created at various times over the years. Specializations have many unique abilities, some of which might be central to the identity of the spec. In addition, we felt we had to retain many features of modern World of Warcraft specializations. Some of our biggest goals in a class and talent revamp are to increase player agency over your character’s progression and build, provide meaningful rewards while leveling, and reinforce your character’s connection to both their class and their spec.

NOTE June 2023: During the covid crisis we lost at least 23 area vintage restaurants. These closures are found at the bottom of the list. Cheers, my dears, and bon appetit! Love, Nikkiįrom May 2015 to June 2023 we have lost 98 restaurants on this list due to closure. As of June 2023 the list is at 480 places, spread as far south as the bottom of Orange County, east to San Bernardino and north to Santa Clarita. I do my best to keep this list continually updated and add, subtract and make changes as needed. I’ve added a Yelp link for each restaurant, so you can check out hours and customer reviews of the food. The list includes all of Los Angeles and Orange Counties, but also the Inland Empire in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. You will find classic steakhouses, Googie diners, pastrami delicatessens, walk-up hamburger stands and more. My criteria for the restaurants here is that they are at least 37 years old (1985) or older, although I have made a few exceptions, and that they are within about an hour’s drive from downtown L.A. I’m sure there are many holes in my research and would appreciate additions, updates and corrections in the comments section below. After a lot of detective work I’ve compiled this “Master List” and plan to update it regularly. I often search the internet for authentic old-school spots in neighborhoods I visit and finding them is not always easy. I pray that old places don’t renovate their mid-century or even mid-’70s decor. I’m a junkie for vintage architecture and old signs. I’m not as selective about a menu as I am about the ambiance, atmosphere and what I am experiencing. I’m a sucker for a joint with history, charm, character and stories. ![]() We are lucky in Los Angeles to have a lot of spectacular vintage restaurants, but we are still losing many every year to owners who retire, sell out for money or lose their long-held lease to nasty gentrification. On his way out of Chief Nam’s office, Joo-won witnesses a man trying to report his adult son missing. He graduated the Korean National Police University with top honors, and is the son of the chief superintendent in Seoul, the second-highest ranked police officer in Korea. ![]() The other cops look up Joo-won and find that he’s wildly overqualified for their tiny little country town. When he mentions that he’d forgotten all about the request, Joo-won looks suspiciously awkward. He’s a transfer from Seoul, but as it’s been almost a year since CHIEF NAM ( Chun Ho-jin) requested another officer. Into the middle of the kerfuffle at the police station walks a handsome but stiff-necked young man, who introduces himself as Inspector HAN JOO-WON ( Yeo Jin-gu). He insists on charging them, despite one of them being married to a fellow cop, citing the laws against gambling to the letter. Once it gets to a certain point, Dong-shik arrests every last one of them. As Ji-hoon watches with growing horror, the ladies escalate to blows, and Dong-shik appears to be letting it happen. ![]() The salon regulars are fighting over a card game in which they’ve been gambling for pennies, and an accusation of cheating has them at each other’s throats. He works as an assistant investigator, and today he and his partner JI-HOON ( Nam Yoon-soo) are responding to a disturbance at a local hair salon. LEE DONG-SHIK ( Shin Ha-kyun) is all grown up now, and he appears to be living in the old remains of that cafe, which is now wallpapered with articles about Joo-seon’s murder and his missing sister. ![]() When Dong-shik and Yoo-yeon’s mother steps outside to get the paper, she’s horrified to see Yoo-yeon’s fingertips neatly lined up on the doorstep, but Yoo-yeon is never seen again. In the morning, Joo-seon’s body lies in the reed field, her ankles and wrists tied together and her fingertips cut off. Suddenly she hears a woman screaming, and the streetlights go out. She heads out, ending up on a long road near a reed field. Later that night, Dong-shik’s sister Yoo-yeon gets a text from Dong-shik saying that he doesn’t want to go home, and asking her to meet him elsewhere. Dong-shik goes, but before he does, he tells her, “Bang Joo-seon, see you later…” with an unsettling smile that doesn’t quite reach his eyes. Eventually the owner’s daughter gets fed up with the noise and orders Dong-shik to leave, grumbling that he’s nothing compared to his sister. Mom tries to call him, but LEE DONG-SHIK (cameo by Lee Do-hyun) is too busy loudly and badly playing guitar and singing along with the radio at a nearby café. Unfortunately, Yoo-yeon’s older twin brother seems to be the complete opposite, and didn’t even show up for today’s mass for his own grandmother, though his mother faithfully defends him. In the same town, Munju City, a young woman named LEE YOO-YEON ( Moon Joo-yeon) plays the organ at church while her mother humbly accepts compliments from a fellow church member about what a sweet, thoughtful, and smart daughter she is. The first man finds him by his flashlight, and gapes at something on the ground - a pair of mummified hands with the fingertips cut off. A younger man calls back that he fell but he’s okay, but then his flashlight falls on something that makes him start screaming. Going to see how stable the plugin is and will most likely end up deleting all my camera devices and plugins from Vera and re-add the camera’s using this plugin so only BI is performing camera access and will handle all motion sensing and recording. Is it possible to view the Swann camera feeds through my Blue Iris server The full answer is kinda-sorta and it depends. For those interested, although Blue Iris is $50 direct, you can find the serial legit on eBay for $37 and if you have a spare box with Windows, it’ll make a nice dedicated camera server with far more options and configuration than Vera. However, grass in the wind and tree shadows will make it near impossible to get what I consider good motion detection performance. XProtect may be fine for a very static environment, like indoors. For the rest of step 3, Im going to refer to each section as tabs. On the top left corner, click the gear to enter the global settings screen. You can launch either Blue Iris Admin or Blue Iris. I can now view my wayward camera in AuthomationHD as well as the ImperiHome Android apps.Īgain, thanks for taking the time to develop this. In the Blue Iris software i have tried to connect to a camera, but it cant find the cameras on the different subnet. It looks nicer, it is very slightly less CPU intensive under similar settings, and it's free for up to 8 cameras. Search your computer or server for Blue Iris from the Windows Start button. Unfortunately this is an outdoor camera with no PTZ. Upgraded the plugin to the new 0.3 version and setup the motion sensor. I might go for one of the Lenovo or Dell Xeon server boxes if they drop to $200 again… Both of which are connected wired to the backbone as is the server. Granted, I run a 1Gb backbone with a dedicated N router for the cameras and a main N router for my other devices. It also runs Serviio streaming server and I can stream an MKV without pegging it out while the BI service is also running. CPU temp is generally around 33C and I’ve yet to see it go above 41C. I utilize an older box running WHS2011 with a 2.2Ghz 4 core AMD Phenom and 4GB memory that handles BI with 9 IP cams (2 of which are 720P) CPU usage is around 40% with spikes up to 65%. I'm not asking for you to support a 3rd party program but just want basic info any DVR has, the RTSP address, and they keep ignoring it.So Blue Iris requires a computer to be on all the time? Is there an option if that is not possible?Ĭorrect. I remember back in the days when I first got my LION-4500 Night Owl support was so helpful, now I ask them about RTSP and they simple answer with "whats RTSP, hold on, ya we don't support anything but our software I did find RTSP on google if you want a link" like seriously. ![]() Skywizzard, I've been using there CMS program for the time being but I love blue iris, and working in hotel security I have gotten many staff to purchase blue iris for there IP cameras, just Night Owl is very hard headed. One thing I find interesting is when I use the Find/Inspect button in Blue Iris I get a RTSP Port Open! message so it has to definitely be possible, just a matter of a little reverse engineering to figure it out. I've played with the params and path for the past 3 weeks and even tried using iSpy to scan for different paths. Just looking for any more progress from anyone on this as I recently updated my old LION-4500 Night owl that worked fine to a HDA10L-DVR8 which also is giving me the same responses in Blue Iris. ![]() Pros: Can greatly improve production speed of mundane copy and paste tasks, such as data entry, copy editing or proofreadingĮstablished developer with great customer service and positive track recordĪ free trial is available at /apps/copyclip-for-macĬons: Only compatible with Apple Mac OS X 10. It isn't the best, and some of its new ideas don't fit with the usual routine (which may or may not be a good thing), but it is certainly interesting. Licence to Kill is a new twist on the Bond theme. The theme tune from Gladys Knight and the Pips is one of the better 007-tracks. Some of the language, though not out-and-out "foul", is a bit stronger and more believable than in other Bond entries. airplane pursuit a barefoot water-skiing sequence and a truck chase down the side of a mountain. The action sequences are still outrageous in the tried-and-trusted Bond style, with memorable episodes featuring a daring helicopter. Whether or not this improves the film depends on your personal taste: if you like safe, humorous Roger Moore escapades, you'll probably find this too jarring, whereas if you prefer espionage stories with a bit of grit and sweat, this may be just what you're after. ![]() There's definitely an uneasy, hard edge to the film which makes it unique among the Bond series. Here, aided by Sanchez's unfaithful mistress Lupe (Talisa Soto) and CIA agent Pam Bouvier (Carey Lowell), Bond attempts to wipe out their enormous clandestine drug operation single-handedly. 007 knows who is responsible for the injuries to his friend, so he revokes his licence to kill and becomes a rogue agent, tracking down the villainous drug lord Sanchez (Robert Davi) to his Latin America headquarters. Bond is obviously deeply unhappy about this, but his bosses instruct him to let the matter drop and get on with another assignment. Bond is vacationing in Florida, acting as best-man at his friend Felix Leiter's wedding, when the unthinkable happens. Therefore, his Bond is quite ruthless and embittered, and always ready to stick two fingers up at the establishment if he feels they've got it wrong. Timothy Dalton only played Bond twice, but he tried to base his interpretation of the character on the descriptions provided by Ian Fleming in the original novels. Bond also deals with Ed Killifer, a double agent n lots of Sanchez's henchmen.
